These Terms of Use apply to everyoursmedia.com (the "Site"), run by Ever Yours Media ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Pricing and availability

Prices on the Site are starting prices and may change without notice. Your final price depends on your date, location, coverage and add-ons, and is confirmed in writing before you book. A travel fee may apply depending on your location; if it does, we tell you before you book.

Sending the Check Your Date form or booking a call does not reserve your date. Your date is reserved only after you sign our wedding services agreement and pay the deposit it lists.

Your wedding services agreement

Coverage, deliverables, delivery timing, payments, refunds, rescheduling and cancellations are set out in the agreement you sign with us. If anything on the Site differs from your signed agreement, the agreement controls.

Our photos, films and content

The photos, films, text, logos and design on the Site belong to Ever Yours Media or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, download, edit, resell or reuse our content without our written permission. Couples featured on the Site keep the personal-use rights given to them in their own agreements.

Information you send us

When you contact us, you agree that the information you give is accurate and that we may contact you by email, phone call or text message about your inquiry. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Using the Site

Please do not misuse the Site, including by sending spam or false inquiries, trying to break or overload it, scraping it, or using it for anything unlawful.

Other websites and tools

The Site links to and uses services run by others, such as Calendly for scheduling and Instagram. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for them.

Disclaimer

We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Portfolio work shows past weddings; every wedding is different.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Ever Yours Media is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This section does not limit anything in your signed wedding services agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Last Updated date above.
